Coolsat Receivers
All Coolsat Receivers come with warranties from Freetech-Inc (Coolsat USA). They warrant their products* to be free from defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase by the consumer. If, at any time during the warranty period, the product has a defect in workmanship or material, Freetech shall repair or replace it (at Freetech's option) within a reasonable period of time.
This warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused as a result of software transfers, misuse, abusive operation, tampering, negligence, improper use, insufficient care or any act beyond the control of Freetech. The opinion of Freetech with respect to this matter shall be final.
*= LNBs, Switches, and Cables are not warranted by Freetech.

FTA PROS' Warranty
No warranties are expressed or implied by us (FTA PROS) unless you purchase our 2 Year In House FTA PROS Warranty. This warranty covers receivers only and must be purchased at same time along with the receiver(s). Full details can be found on the warranty description when ordering.
WARNING:
When you buy a receiver from us, your receiver will be sent to you with the latest software and firmware available at the time when the unit is manufactured. Freetech does not support third-party software, and if used, it will void the manufacturer's warranty.
Please note that receiver software is incompatible across various models. If you upload the wrong software and create a problem with the receiver, this will not only void your warranty but may make your receiver inoperable. File transfer errors are entirely the users responsibility and Freetech is not responsible for any problems that may result.
To avoid invalidating your warranty, contact your factory-trained technician to upload software to your receiver. Only official software and upgrades available from the Coolsat Official Website (www.Coolsatusa.com) can be used with your receiver. Under no circumstances, should any other software be used with the Coolsat receiver.
We do not provide or condone the use of third party software. If we find thirty party software in your unit, we will return it at owners expense.
