Shipping Out Your Order
We Only ship to the USA and Puerto Rico. PO Boxes are OK. We cannot ship to APO/FPO. Shipping is totally FREE on all orders! We only ship to the address on your credit/debit card!
We ship out your order after a 24-48 hour order processing period. This means that if you order Monday, your order may ship out by Wednesday at the latest.
Shipments are picked up from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse Monday-Friday. Orders made on Friday afternoon or on the weekends will ship out Tuesday at the latest.
Shipping Methods Used
We use US POSTAL SERVICE for small parcels and single quantity receiver orders.
Small parcels such as satellite finders or data cables will ship First Class Mail (1-7 day estimated delivery time). These shipments will not contain tracking numbers.- Single quantity receiver orders and similarly sized packages (lnbs, motors) will ship Priority Air Mail (2-3 day estimated delivery time). These shipments will contain delivery confirmation numbers (shows time and date of delivery, but are not trackable).
- PO BOX shipping addresses will be delivered to via Priority Air Mail (2-3 day estimated delivery time) regardless of the size and weight of order.
For multiple quantity receiver orders and bigger items such as dishes or tripods, we use FEDEX Home Delivery or Ground (if delivering to a Business).
Home Delivery or Ground shipments usually take between 2-7 business days and come with a tracking number which is sent to your email. - All Fedex shipments valued over $400.00 will carry insurance at no extra charge to you.
- All Fedex shipments require a Direct Signature from the purchaser.
