All Sales Are Final*.
IMPORTANT: All of our merchandise are supported by their manufacturers and cannot be returned to us due to manufacturer restrictions. Manufacturer warranties range from 1 to 5 Years.
If any defects arise with your product, you can contact us and we will guide you through the manufacturer's RMA process.
Merchandise can only be returned to us if shipping damage has occured, or we mistakenly sent the wrong merchandise. We will rectify these problems by resending the correct merchandise in brand new condition. Return freight will also be reimbursed to customer.
We cannot exchange merchandise for different merchandise, regardless of the situation.
*If an In House FTA PROS warranty is purchased, purchaser can option between the FTA PROS warranty terms as well as the manufacturer's warranty.
